- Biometric enrolment is mandatory for applications submitted from 14 April 2026 onwards once the file reaches Approval-in-Principle. It must be booked and completed via the official Biometric Enrolment Platform at a designated centre — St Kitts, or worldwide locations including Dubai, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Ottawa, Toronto, London, Abu Dhabi, Washington D.C., Lagos, Jeddah and Singapore, plus embassies/high commissions.
