Plan B note (Sept 2026)Published
The list claim of no stay requirement checks out: no source requires minimum days in Pakistan to keep the 5-year investor visa. Extendable by 2 more years (to 7 years total) if the investment requirements are still met. A general naturalization route exists under the Pakistan Citizenship Act 1951 (about 5 years' actual residence plus a local-language test) but is not specific to this visa and requires real presence, which this visa does not.
