Since 28 April 2025 (DD 26/2025, ratified by DD 77/2025; Law 64/2025) it needs EUR 120,000 gross yearly income AND EUR 300,000 held in San Marino banks for the whole residence; max 249 grants a year. Pension income taxed at a 6% substitute rate for 10 years. Consolidates into ordinary residence after 10 years.
