Risks, limitations, and uncertainty

Notes on changes, conflicts, and limits.

Present
Investment note (Sept 2026)Published
Resolved: the '~USD 1.46M' figure was 4,000 x the old $365 minimum wage. The wage has been $408.80 since 1 June 2025, so the investor threshold is now about $1,635,200 and moves with the wage. The $10,000 shareholder category is a separate DGME category, but it is the cheapest investment-based residency. No official source supports a $10,000 (July 2026 figure: $100,000) threshold.
